Visit and contact local retail shops, clinics, institutes, and traditional businesses in the market. Uncover their daily operational bottlenecks, identify how they are missing out on the internet economy (no website, no mobile app, zero online advertisements), and submit structured business intelligence reports.
CORE DELIVERABLES
- Visit commercial markets, shopping zones, industrial clusters, and business hubs to connect directly with business owners and managers.
- Conduct friendly, conversational discovery interviews to understand their current reach, customer footfall challenges, and lack of digital tools.
- Assess their digital status: absent or outdated website, no mobile app for customers, zero Google Maps/search ranking, and unoptimized advertising.
- Record structured intelligence dossiers (decision-maker contacts, business pain points, marketing willingness) and submit them directly to our internal Business Analyst desk.
